East Lancaster Neighborhood Association
Celebrating 35 Years of Serving East Salem Neighbors
The East Lancaster Neighborhood Association (ELNA) is one of the 18 recognized neighborhood associations from the City of Salem in Oregon. ELNA was established February 12, 1979.
ELNA meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Springs Retirement Apartments at 1940 45th Ave NE in Salem, Oregon. (Enter through the main entrance portico on the east side of the large building. The meeting is in the activity room to the right of the main lobby.)
Everyone who lives, works or owns property within the boundaries of the association is automatically a member. There are no membership fees.
The ELNA boardmembers work on a variety of local issues:
The ELNA board is made up concerned citizens who volunteer their time to help make the neighborhood a better place. We are here to help you get connected and to find solutions to local problems.
If you have a skill to share or a desire to make the neighborhood a better place or just want to find out what is going in your community, join us!
