Celebrating 37 Years of Serving East Salem Neighbors
The East Lancaster Neighborhood Association (ELNA) is one of the 18 recognized neighborhood associations from the City of Salem in Oregon. ELNA was established February 12, 1979.
ELNA meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Swegle Elementry School, 1751Aquilas Ct NE in Salem, Oregon. (This is formerly 4485 Market St NE) Enter through the main door and turn right. We meet in the office conference room.
Everyone who lives, works or owns property within the boundaries of the association is automatically a member. There are no membership fees.
What We Do
The ELNA boardmembers work on a variety of local issues:
Crime prevention - Neighborhood Watch
Parks maintenance and recreational programs
Enforcement issues such as weeds, tall grass, trash, illegally parked vehicles
Speeding cars and traffic hazards
Assistance finding out who can help when we cannot.

The ELNA board is made up concerned citizens who volunteer their time to help make the neighborhood a better place. We are here to help you get connected and to find solutions to local problems.
